A dream of my private engagement~

Assalamualaikum~

Hello lovelies!~
heheheh..
after few hours of publishing my first entry yesterday, i was a bit blur on what is next..
i don't really know on what topic to start..
until now i am still blur and don't have a good idea..
i thought i want to start straight away with THE NIKAH OUTFIT..
but then i forgot that before we nikah, we should engage first..
so i guess, i should talk about the engagement first..

well, let me start with a cliche word~
everybody has their own dream engagement party..
and so do i..
yes, i dream of a simple yet meaningful engagement party..
i want it to be a private party..
a secluded event that only attended by my family and my Future Husband's family (FH)..
an event that can be call as Taaruf event for both families..
no need to ask every uncles and aunts and neighbors all that to come...
i pictured my engagement as a small,little gathering for both families..
without any fancy outfit, no khemah, no pelamin, no catering and so on so forth..
its just a meeting of 2 families, just an informal and simple..no need mics, audio n stuffs..
and  i'll be cooking for them happily, serve them the best..and make them feel welcomed..
i want to focus more on the guests rather than on my make-up, my outfit what so ever..
infact, Islam encouraged us not to highlight the engagement event so much..
so i choose to go for minimalist in my engagement event...
maybe something that looks like this..

in terms of food, door gift, hantaran and anything related to them~

together with my dream engagement hantaran.. =)
